  • Full Gas is a small rider owned brand. We do not have a big fancy warehouse or huge production capacity, but fear not!

    Our aim is to ship your order within 3 business days. In the case of out of stock items it may take a few days longer as we re-supply.

  • HELL YES!

    Full Gas is a relative term…everyone’s limit is different but if you’re trying to find it, you deserve the Full Gas name!

  • We want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

    Return Window

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    Eligible Items

    To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

    • Returned with original tags (if applicable)

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Final sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Items showing signs of wear or use

    Exchanges

    Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to inventory availability.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The wrong item was shipped

    • The item arrived damaged or defective

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

    Return Process

    2. Include:

      • Order number

      • Name on the order

      • Reason for return or exchange

    3. We’ll provide return instructions.

    4. Ship the item back.

    5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

    We’re a small rider-owned brand. Returns and exchanges are handled by real humans, not a giant warehouse. We appreciate your patience and support as we work to get you back on the trail in the right gear.
